Terms of Service & Refund Policy
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms regarding digital products, custom orders, and subscription memberships.
1. Custom Digital Products (No Refunds)
All sales of custom digital products are final.
Our products are made-to-order and personalized based on the information you provide at the time of purchase. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order is a custom-made digital product
- Production may begin shortly after checkout
- Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If you experience a technical issue or a problem with the final delivered product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
2. Membership Subscriptions (No Refunds)
By purchasing a monthly or yearly membership, you agree to a recurring subscription that provides access to digital content, services, or features.
By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription.
All membership fees are non-refundable once billed. This includes:
- Initial payments
- Renewal charges
- Partial billing periods
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:
- Unused time
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- Failure to cancel before renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will retain access until that time
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges that comply with this policy.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to products or services
- Provide this policy, along with transaction and usage records, as evidence to the payment provider
4. EU Consumer Rights
For customers located in the European Union:
- Custom digital products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU where goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- For subscriptions and digital services, by purchasing you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun
5. Canada Consumer Policy
For customers in Canada:
Custom and digital products, as well as subscription services, are considered final sale once delivered or once the billing period has begun. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. General Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including all terms related to no refunds, subscription billing, and custom digital product fulfillment.
